The single-shell loading combination offers a space-saving, cost-effective alternative for loading powdery bulk materials.

The combination consists of a manual gate valve as an emergency shut-off device and a motorized gate valve, which is used to open and close the silo.

The silo is loaded by means of a single-shell loading set with an attached electric rope winch. The abrasion-resistant PU-Flex hose guarantees a long service life, while the rubberized cone ensures low-dust loading.

The full signal is detected by a rotary blade detector. The retracted overall height is approx.1.200 mm (depending on the lifting height).

The loading combination is delivered completely assembled and is easy to install.
